What is California Defensive Driving School?

California Defensive Driving School is bonded, insured, and licensed by the Department of Motor Vehicles (License #4003) to teach both classroom driver education and behind-the-wheel driver education. The school was formed as a partnership between two individuals, Walter Schall, former Executive Manager and Owner of Roadmasters Driving School, and Jarrod Bradley, a local educator. Mr. Schall has been instructing new drivers for over a decade, has taught over 10,000 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction to teenage and adult drivers, and has been a professional bowler for over thirty years. Mr. Bradley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics in addition to a Master's Degree in Education from the University of California, Santa Barbara, as well as a California Single Subject Teaching Credential. Together with the employees of California Defensive Driving School they endeavor to provide an unparalleled instructive experience for young drivers in the Santa Barbara area.
